Chief Constable, Chris Noble stood with ACC Becky Riggs and award winner Keaton Martin at the 2024 Force Awards where Keaton is accepting his Volunteer of the Year award

At our Force Awards 2024, Cadet Leader, Keaton Martin, won our Volunteer of the Year award. Keaton has been a Cadet Leader since August 2021. His passion for the local community can be clearly seen with his cadet groups and he is often seen out and about on leaflet drops with the cadets.

Keaton always has the safeguarding of these young people at the forefront and has very good relationships with them to allow a safe space for them all. He leads the cadets by their voice which makes him a strong mentor and Unit leader.
